Compliance tracking
Compliance Pathways: the training requirements each staff member owes
Compliance Pathways turn the training rules your agency follows into one record per staff member: due dates, renewals, outside evidence, and mapped courses. This is a compliance-tracking product. It does not use a chat or draft research.

What a pathway contains
Staff training compliance pathways are the requirement set, not the surveyor export. Where a state defines the training, each requirement can carry its citation, its cadence, and the course mapped to it. An agency pathway is set up for the states and programs that agency runs.

Due dates and renewals
Training due dates and renewals tracking runs from training required before someone works alone, through annual and multi-year cycles. Each requirement shows when it is first due and how often it renews.
Outside evidence in the same record
CPR and First Aid cards, medication credentials, and completions from a state platform are tracked as outside evidence next to the online courses. One record shows what a reviewer asks for.
Courses mapped from the TES catalog
Mapped courses cover the topics your agency is allowed to deliver itself. The catalog holds 400+ courses and programs. Hands-on certifications stay with their certifying programs, and the pathway tracks the card.
Pathways by state
These links go to the state pathway in the catalog, the requirement guide, and the state page where we publish one. An agency pathway is set up for the states and programs it runs. This page does not stand in for a single state's rule.

Credential and program pathways
TES is a NADSP Accredited Education provider. Credential and program pathways in the catalog include:
States without a built pathway
Agencies in a state that does not have a built pathway yet are supported through just-in-time pathway setup.
How a training matrix becomes a pathway
An employee training matrix, sometimes called a staff training requirements by role sheet, lists what a role has to complete. State-mapped training requirements for DSPs are that kind of list when the state publishes one. A pathway applies the list to each staff member and keeps the due date, the renewal, and the evidence on the record. The live view of who is current, due, or overdue, and the export, are on training tracking software.
Compliance Pathways, Lumi, and RegAI
Lumi, the manager assistant, can report who is overdue on pathway requirements. The regulation digest that RegAI drafts names which pathway trainings a rule change affects. An editor reviews that digest before it is sent. These are separate products. Compliance Pathways is the requirement set.
Questions
What does a compliance pathway track?
The requirements, when each is due, how often it renews, and the mapped courses.
Where do I see the pathways?
They are listed in the TES catalog. An agency pathway is set up for the states and programs that agency runs.
Does RegAI build the pathway?
No. Compliance Pathways and RegAI are separate products. RegAI drafts the monthly regulation digest. An editor reviews that digest before it is sent.
What is a training matrix, and how is a pathway different?
A training matrix lists the trainings a role requires. A pathway applies that requirement set to each staff member, with due dates, renewals, and evidence.
Can outside certificates like CPR or First Aid count?
Yes. CPR and First Aid cards, medication credentials, and completions from a state platform sit in the same record as the online courses.
What if our state does not have a pathway yet?
Agencies in a state without a built pathway are supported through just-in-time pathway setup.
How do we know when a requirement is due again?
Each requirement carries its cadence and its renewal date. The record shows when it is due.
