Our Story
Training & eTracking Solutions was founded by Martin Dennis, who previously owned and operated an insurance brokerage company providing business insurance to human service organizations. Through his close partnership with Maryland's MACS (Maryland Association of Community Services), Martin saw firsthand the critical need for accessible, quality training in the human services sector. In 2010, he launched Training & eTracking Solutions to address this gap, running the company for 15 years and building lasting relationships with organizations across the state.
A Family Business
When Martin was ready to retire, he brought on his grandson-in-law and business partner for a year-long transition period to shadow operations and learn the business. This careful handoff ensured continuity of service while preserving the values and mission that have always defined Training & eTracking Solutions. Today, we're a family-owned business that deeply believes in the essential work our partner organizations do every day.
