What a manager can ask Lumi
A manager can ask who is overdue right now, and on what. Lumi answers with the people who are overdue on pathway requirements, names the oldest item for each, and says how many sources it checked. It can open one person's list. It can offer overdue training reminders. Nothing is sent until you confirm it.

Four actions Lumi can prepare
From inside the learning system, a manager can ask Lumi to:
- Add a learner
- Assign a course
- Create a group
- Move learners between groups

The confirm card
Nothing changes until you press the button. Before Lumi creates an account, the card shows the person's name, email, and username, the group, the pathway, and the hire date. You can cancel. The card says nothing happens until you press the button.

Type or talk
You can type, or click the microphone and talk. Click it again to stop.
Weekday digest and automations
A manager can ask for a daily training digest for managers. In the demo, the request is: every weekday morning, say who completed training yesterday and who is overdue, for every group that manager runs. Lumi shows the schedule in the time zone set on those groups, and where it will be delivered: the manager's feed and email. The demo leaves learner messages off. The automation is not saved until you press the button.
After it runs, the result sits in My digest and automations. You can turn that automation on or off, run it now, change it, or remove it. The same note can also arrive by email.

What Lumi can see
Lumi reads only the groups that manager is responsible for. It does not read the rest of the organization.
Lumi and Compliance Pathways
The overdue answer is about pathway requirements. Compliance Pathways is the requirement set those items come from. Lumi and Compliance Pathways are separate products. The full staff record and the surveyor export are on training tracking software. Browse compliance pathways in the catalog.
Direct Care Chat for your staff (Pro) answers the questions staff ask. Lumi is for the manager. See all TES AI products.
Beta, and a fictional demo
Lumi is in beta. Press play to hear the narration and see the question, the confirm card, and the overdue digest. It is the same fictional organization as the screenshots. Nothing plays until you press play.

Three AI products
Direct Care Chat
A Pro feature for staff inside the learning system. They ask a practice, policy, or procedure question and get an answer from the trainings they completed or from documents the agency uploaded.
LumiBeta
The manager assistant. Lumi reads the groups you manage and waits for your OK before it changes a record.
RegAI
A standalone regulatory research tool. It scans state rule and agency updates and drafts the regulation digest for an editor to review.
Compliance Pathways is a related tracking product. It keeps the requirement set for each staff member. It is not an AI tool.
